By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following club policies, expectations, and financial obligations.

💰 A. Club Registration

2026 Season Registration

💵 Cost: $1,000 per player

Your registration includes:

✅ UPSL league registration, field rentals & referee fees

✅ Professional coaching & club administration

✅ 2–3 weekly training sessions (Preseason, Regular Season & Playoffs)

✅ 📸 Photography & 🎥 Videography (VEO match footage)

✅ 🧺 Game uniform laundry service

✅ 📣 Player promotion through:

• Social Media
• Graphics
• Videos
• Photos
• Player Statistics
• Newsletters

⚠️ Playing Time

We are a competitive development club.

Playing time is never guaranteed.

Players earn opportunities through:

• 💪 Performance
• 📅 Practice attendance
• 👨Coach selection
• 🤝 Commitment

📌 Registration Commitment

Once accepted:

• Registration fees remain owed even if a player leaves before the season ends.
• Players may not transfer to another UPSL club until all financial obligations have been satisfied.

💳 B. Payment Policy

Payments are accepted by:

• 💳 Credit Card
• 🛍️ Shop Pay Installments
• 💰 Afterpay
• 💵 Cash (Paid in Full Only)

Player Responsibilities

Players must purchase:

• 👕 Training Uniform
• 🧥 Club Tracksuit

Players are responsible for replacing any lost items.

✈️ Travel Expenses

Registration does not include:

• Hotels
• Meals
• Mileage
• Airfare
• Tolls

The club may subsidize travel when possible.

🔄 C. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Players have 24 hours after registration to cancel and receive a refund.

After 24 hours:

❌ Registration becomes binding.

If a refund is approved:

• $125 processing fee applies.
• No refunds on used training apparel.

📅 D. Attendance Policy

Commitment matters.

Players are expected to attend:

• ⚽ Practices
• 🏆 Games
• 📢 Club Events

Excused Absences

Examples include:

• School
• Work
• Religion
• Illness
• Family Emergencies

Players must notify the Head Coach before the absence.

Unexcused Absences

May result in:

• 💰 Fines
• 🚫 Suspension
• ❌ Removal from the club (without refund)

Players injured and unable to participate will not be disciplined.

🤝 E. Conduct & Sportsmanship

All players represent:

• Our Clubs
• UPSL
• Their teammates

Players are expected to demonstrate professionalism and respect at all times.

Prohibited Behavior

❌ Fighting

❌ Threats

❌ Harassment

❌ Intimidation

❌ Abuse toward:

• Teammates
• Coaches
• Officials
• Opponents
• Spectators

Penalties

Violations may result in:

• 💰 Fines up to $200
• Suspension
• Removal from the club

🚫 Zero-Tolerance Violence Policy

Any physical assault—including against referees, players, coaches, or spectators—will result in:

• 🚫 Lifetime Club Ban
• 💰 $500 Fine

Examples include:

• Punching
• Kicking
• Choking
• Spitting
• Headbutting
• Throwing objects
• Any act intended to cause injury

📱 Social Media Policy

Players may not post:

• False information
• Negative remarks
• Disparaging comments about:
• UPSL
• Our Clubs
• League officials
• Referees
• Staff

Violations may result in:

• 💰 $500 Fine
• Suspension
• Removal from the team

👔 F. Professionalism

Players are expected to:

✅ Wear club training gear

✅ Wear tracksuits to games and events

✅ Represent the club professionally on and off the field

Failure to wear required apparel may result in removal from training or match-day activities.

Players are encouraged to maintain a positive and professional presence on social media.

🏆 November — Conference Playoffs

🏆 December — National Playoffs

🏃 H. Training Schedule

📅 2–3 sessions each week

📲 All updates, schedule changes, and cancellations will be communicated through WhatsApp.

🩺 J. Player Insurance

Registered players receive secondary accident insurance through UPSL.

Coverage currently includes:

• 💲 Up to $25,000
• 💲 $1,000 deductible
• Applies only during sanctioned UPSL:
  • Practices
  • Matches
  • Tournaments

This policy is secondary insurance, meaning players must first use their personal health insurance before submitting a claim through UPSL.

(Coverage amounts are subject to change by UPSL.)
